ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed to summon and punish the respondents for the wilful non-compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 19637 of 2020, dated 28.11.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have issued proceedings dated 30.03.2026, thereby complying with the directions issued by this Court. To that effect, a copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents and acknowledges receipt of the compliance proceedings.

4.In view of the above submissions, as the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court in letter and spirit, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. 5.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. 30-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SHA
