These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to dispense with the production of original certified copies of the impugned orders dated 19.07.2024 passed by ITAT in ITA.No.13/Chny/2023 for the Assessment Year 2017-18, ITA.No.42/Chny/2023 for the Assessment Year 2019-20, ITA.No.639/Chny/2020 for the Assessment Year 2016-17 and ITA.No.1584/Chny/2019 for the Assessment Year 2015-16.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered on condition that the certified copies of the orders shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
