B) The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant has stated no objection for allowing A. No.6634 of 2024 which has been filed by the plaintiff seeking to permit the plaintiff to file the certified copy of the design registration.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, A. No.6634 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the document, for which leave has been sought for in A. No.6634 of 2024 to the learned counsel for the respondent / defendant, forthwith Post the matter finally for arguments in O.A. No.715 of 2024 on 29.01.2025 .
