This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent / the Deputy Registrar, Thirukovilur Commodity Co-operative Societies, Thirukovilur, to furnish all documents relating to the surcharge proceedings initiated in Na.Ka.No.1381/2024. The petitioner had given a representation dated 30.11.2024. 2.It is informed on behalf of the respondent that proceedings had commenced, the petitioner had also participated and final orders had already been passed. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks a copy of that order. The same may be furnished directly to the petitioner. It is informed that it has also been despatched to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing further survives for consideration. The Writ Petition stands dismissed, since orders have been passed. No costs. Consequently, connect Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
