Petition seeking bail in respect of Crime No.320 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 & 402 of IPC is on board for consideration.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was earlier granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.16576 of 2024 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai, since he did not comply with the conditions, respondent filed cancellation of bail in Crl.M.P.No.24199 of 2024 and the same was allowed on 19.10.2024, thereafter the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.12.2024 and now the petitioner has to challenge the cancellation of bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.24199 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 and the present bail application is not maintainable. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition with the liberty to challenge the order of cancellation of bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.24199 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

4.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of cancellation of bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.24199 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 by the Principal Sessions Judge, 21.12.2024 sai 2/4
