Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Principal, Pondicherry Engineering College, Pondicherry 605 014, the first respondent herein culminating in order No.PEC/Estt/E2/Per 2002 No.5018 dated 05.12.2002 and the subsequent order passed by the Chief Secretary-cum-Chairman, General Body Pondicherry Engineering College, Pondicherry, the second respondent herein in order No.PEC/Estt/E2/Per/2003 No.8898, dated 27.08.2003, the same was served on the petitioner on 20.01.2004 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner as mechanic in the first respondent college with all service benefits from 29.09.1999 to till the date of reinstatement of the petitioner in service in the first respondent-College.
