PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the registration of the trade mark under number 566641 in respect of the trade mark "SWASTIK" in class 3 and quash the entry in the Register of Trade Marks relating to the Trade Mark bearing No. 566641 dated 31.01.92, and direct the first respondent to proceed with fresh registration by effecting advertisement of the trade mark in the trade mark journal afresh by intimating the petitioner about the date of the journal, page number and number of the journal in which the advertisement is effected.
