These are cases in counter. These cases in Cr.Nos.315 and 314 of 2022 are registered for alleged offence(s) under Section 294(b), 324 of Indian Penal Code,1860 and Section 4 Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 294(b), 323, 355, 506(ii) and 326 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 respectively. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise.

Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -VsState of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303). Accordingly, the cases in C.C.Nos.86 of 2023 and 16 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri stand quashed and these Suo Motu Transfer cases are disposed of. 06.10.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
