Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the resolution of the Governing Body of M.S.S.Wakf Board College, Madurai dated 15.12.2003 and quash the same in so far as relates to the resolution removing the petitioner from the primary membership of the General Body of M.S.S.Wakf Board College and consequential communication of the first respondent dated 15.12.2003 informing the above said resolution.

O R D E R

The Resolution of the governing body of the second respondent dated 15th December, 2003, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2.The resolution relates to the removal of the Writ Petitioner from the basic Membership of the M.S.S.Wakf Board College, Madurai, through the impugned order, which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

communicated to the Writ Petitioner that in the Meeting held on 15th December, 2003, it was resolved to expel the writ petitioner from the primary membership of the General Body of M.S.S. Wakf Board College, Madurai.

3.The order was issued by the Chairperson and the Writ Petitioner has not preferred any further Appeal or representation to the authorities concerned and directly moved this Writ Petition. Further, he was removed from the primary membership in the year 2003 and now after lapse of fourteen years, it may not proper for this Court to consider the grounds raised in this Writ Petition. If any grievance is still left open, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities to redress his grievances. 4.With these observations the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
