ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.11.2024 Crl.O.P.No.27571 of 2024 that (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27571 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
