ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 07.08.2023 in WP.No.19411 of 2023.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed as if the petitioner's representation has not been considered. Whereas, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the officials have issued notice to the petitioner to deposit the expenses that may occur as per Section 36(3) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that it is for the petitioner to pay the expenses as per law. Accordingly, there is no disobedience on the part of the respondents and hence, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
