2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Venkatraman for M/s.Tatva Legal takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.

4. Despite the objection being raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
