ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16272 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of

2024 dated 21.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Para No.4 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.16272 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, CCIW CID, (now changed as Economic Offence Wing), Villupuram, Villupuram District.
