This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court name as Judicial Magistrate - II, Ponneri instead of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31101 of 2024.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.31101 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 and issue fresh order copy.
