Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the above appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in

allowing this petition.

4. The would aver that in order to get approval from the Higher Official, delay of 277 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal. R.KALAIMATHI,J.

Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.12.2025. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
