The present Application has been filed to direct to transfer of the suit in O.S.No.2579 of 2024 pending on the file of XVII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai to with the suit C.S.No.90 of 2024 pending before this Hon'ble High Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
