This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m until further orders imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28767 of 2024 by the order dated 19.11.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28767 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police, Palladam Police Station, Tiruppur District.
