ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27604 of 2024 on 05.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27604 of 2024 on 05.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
