ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15719 of 2023 in Crl.RC No.1665 of 2023 dated 15.07.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above revision.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none entered appearance.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is complying with the conditions and reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. for the past five months.

4. Considering the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15719 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1665 of 2023 dated 15.07.2024 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above revision is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in three months, i.e 1st Monday of January, April, July and October of every year. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 07.01.2025 2/3
