Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, NDPS Court, Puducherry, which is yet to be numbered.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23818 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, NDPS Court, Puducherry on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
