This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23387 of 2024 order dated 24.09.2024 with condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 21 days and investigation is completed in this matter. He would further submit that CC No.80 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 03.01.2025 before the trial Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23387 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, Cuddalore, on 03.01.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
