ORDER
Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.575 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 123 of BNS, 2023, Sections 6 and 24(1) of COTPA Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Sections 7 and 9(ii) of TNPSS Act and Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) m 25 of NDPS, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2. No representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that, this is the second anticipatory bail application. He would submit that this court on the earlier occasion finding that the petitioner has got three previous cases and was about to dismiss, at that time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought to withdraw the application and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 25.11.2024. He would further submit that there is no change in circumstances of the case.
4. Taking in consideration of the facts and the submissions, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
