ORDER

These Suo Motu cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025. These are cases in counter. These cases in Cr.Nos.81 of 2025 and 314 of 2022 are registered for alleged offence(s) under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 respectively. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs-State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).

Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No.125 of 2025 and 122 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri stand quashed and these Suo Motu Transfer cases are disposed of. 06.10.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
