ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. The case in STC.No.4531 of 2021 was taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore for the alleged offence under Section 279 of IPC. In this case, the de-facto complainant has received the compensation.
3. When the matter was called, the accused was present before the Court and pleaded guilty.

4. Considering the overall nature of the accident, the fact that the accused has been facing the case for a long time and that he has now pleaded guilty, this Court is of the view that a penalty of fine of Rs.500/- for the offence under Section 279 of IPC shall be imposed. The fine amount shall be paid by the accused on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.
5. Accordingly, the S.T.C.No.4531 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore shall stands disposed of and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands allowed. 25.10.2025 mp electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
