ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 630 days in representation of the above SA.SR.No.35401 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available on record.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels and to 1/3

avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in representation of the above appeal, subject to costs.

4. The petitioners / appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 630 days in representation of the S.A.SR.No.35401 of 2023, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to list the above Second Appeal after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order, on 26.02.2025. 06-02-2025 rri 2/3
