ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. The case was registered in Cr.No.897 of 2005 dated 07.08.2005 for the alleged offence under Section 3(1), 4(2)(c) & 8(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. It is reported that the case is presently pending at the stage of warrant. It is further submitted that the prosecution has already filed an application before the concerned Magistrate seeking permission to withdraw the prosecution.

3. In view of the above, there is no necessity to keep the case pending before the Magistrate any further, as no useful purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.900267 of 2017 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur shall stands disposed of. Consequently, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 10.10.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
