ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the fifth respondent/ proposed party Kalaiselvi daughter of Late Janaki W/o.Saravanan aged about 55 years residing at No.1353/83, Sithu Mariyamman Kovil Street, Old Suramangalam, Salem District 636 005 as the legal representative of the deceased first respondent Janaki and rank her as fifth respondent in the above Second Appeal

2. Mr.K.Thirukumaran, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments to the cause title as expeditiously as possible.
