This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of Page No.1/4

the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32062 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023.

2. As the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No.32062 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023, statutory notice was issued to the respondent on 21.03.2025 and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.04.2025.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent appeared in person and submitted that he took charge as a Tahsildar of Hosur Taluk only in September, 2024 and pending contempt petition he conducted enquiry and passed the order. He has also tendered his unconditional apology.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8639/2023/R1 dated 21.03.2025 passed by the Tahsildar, Hosur, to that effect.

5. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
