This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorari seeking records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent / the Assistant Director of Rural Development (Panchayat), Coimbatore in Na.Ka.No.2574/2021/A3 dated 06.12.2024 and to quash the same. 2.It is to be noted that the petitioner had participated in the meeting for which notice was issued, but however, the tenure of the petitioner as President of Marudur Village Panchayat has now expired. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
