ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to conduct a survey of the land.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has already made an application. It is his further case that there is an objection from the adjacent owner also.

3. In view thereof, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, by duly giving notice to the objector and the survey shall be completed or appropriate orders shall be passed. The exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
