This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 342 days in representation of the above execution petition.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the delay of 342 days in representation of the above execution petition, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 21.11.2025, failing which this application will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

Registry is directed to number the execution petition, if the applicant complies with the aforesaid condition.
