Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts 1/4

Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for willful and wantonly disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 25.08.2023 in WP.No.17090 of 2012.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful and wantonly disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 25.08.2023 in WP.No.17090 of 2012, thereby the respondents were directed to treat the petitioner's service as Helper from the date of the initial appointment with all monetary and service benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondents preferred appeal and obtained interim order of stay of all further proceedings of the order passed by this Court in the said writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed at 2/4

present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
