The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to the 2nd respondent to accept the sale deed dated 13.12.2024, for registration.

2. A communication of the Sub Registrar, Pollachi, to the Government Advocate has been produced in the after noon, wherein it is stated that the document was not produced at the allotted time on the allotted date, which statement is refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, considering the fact that the Sub Registrar has evinced his consent to receive the document, the petitioner shall present the document before the Sub Registrar, Pollachi, between 10.00 - 10.30 hrs., on 08.01.2025, for registration.
