[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that R3 & R8 are not the main contesting respondents, therefore they want to give up the said respondents from the array of parties. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, they are removed from the array of parties. With regard to R1, R2, R6 & R7, learned counsel filed vakalat and represented the respective respondents. 3. Since the delay is 31 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
