The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed in Proceedings Order No. 4195/A1/2021 dated 21.03.2025 subject to the outcome of the writ appeal filed by the respondents and hence, the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in W.P. No. 18677 of 2021 is complied with. 3.
