This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the criminal revision as against the order dated 06.08.2024 passed in M.P No.1123 of 2023 in M.C No.52 of 2019, on the file of the II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 31 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
