This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14204 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21312 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14204 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21312 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
