This application is filed to order substituted service to the respondents / defendants 18 to 20 by paper publication in any one news paper and affixing summons in CNB and LKR for the A.No.3386 of 2024 in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this application, this application is allowed .

4. The applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition for the respondents 18 to 20, mentioning the date of hearing as 07.02.2025.

5. List the main suit on 07.02.2025.
