ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the civil revision petition has been preferred against an exparte order passed in I.A.No.9 of 2024 in O.S.No.426 of 2016 dated 15.07.2024 and subsequently, the suit has been decreed exparte and the petitioners have also filed a petition to set aside the exparte decree.

2. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.06.2025 sr Index:yes/no Website:yes/no Speaking order/Non-speaking order To The Additional District Munsif, Pollachi.

at the instance of the learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. It is represented by Mr.M.Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel that though he had appeared on 17.06.2025 on which date this Court passed a final order in the present Civil Revision Petition, his name has not been effected in the cause title of the said order.

3. Hence, Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Nirmal Kumar, for the first respondent in the cause title of the order dated 17.06.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

Except the said modification, all other aspects shall remain intact.
