ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant a further time period of three months to comply with the order of this Court dated 07.08.2024, in and by which, the above Writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein/the1st respondent therein to dispose the appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing of behalf of the petitioner, the HR & CE Department submitted that, in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, enquiry was conducted on 23.09.2024, 07.10.2024, 22.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 in O.A.No.15 of 2016 and the same is in the final stage and thereby, sought for a further period of six months to conclude the same. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the above, this Court grants a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to the petitioner herein tocomply with the order of this Court.
