This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw and transfer the suit now pending on the file O.S.No. 527 of 2022 before the District Munsif Court at Alandur to be tried jointly along with O.S.No. 461 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court at Chengalpattu.

ORDER
1. Heard.
2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of O.S.No.527 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur, to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, for being tried along with O.S.No.461 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.
3. The petitioner's prayer is for a joint trial, contending that both suits pertain to the same subject matter/property.
4. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The relief sought is one which can be effectively pursued before the concerned Principal District Judge having concurrent jurisdiction, under Section 24 CPC, since the petitioner seeks transfer to the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu itself.
5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.1395 of 2024 is dismissed as not entertainable, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, in the manner known to law. No costs.
