ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/10th respondent seeking to record the above statement and grant 4 months time to complete process to comply with the order of the Court passed in W.P.No.30639 of 2017 dated 02.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/10th respondent submitted that this court has disposed of the writ petition vide order, dated 02.09.2024 and directed the respondents 4, 5 and 10 therein to conduct enquiry and take immediate steps to resume the entire properties belonging to Arulmigu Sabanayagar Temple, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District nearby Karaikal District and such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. He further submitted that as per the order of this court, the time period fixed by this court ends on 02.12.2024. In order to comply with the order, a further period of 4 months is required. 3. In view of the above submissions, this court is inclined to grant further period of four months to comply with the order. Accordingly, the petitioner and the respondents

5 and 7 are directed to comply with the order of this court dated 02.09.2024 in W.P.No.30639 of 2017 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
