The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of SARFAEISI APPEAL in S.A.No.622 of 2024, pending on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the B diary extract that has been produced would show that the SARFAEISI APPEAL in S.A.No.622 of 2024 has been pending since 14.08.2024 and the counter has also been filed [In IA.No.2760/2024 - seeking injunction] by the Revision Petitioner 2/4

Bank in August 2024 itself. The respondents are also enjoying the status quo in respect of the order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the Chief Magistrate, Namakkal in CRL.MP.No.1513/2022.

4. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to dispose of SARFAEISI APPEAL in S.A.No.537 of 2024 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
