This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2890 of 2024 order dated 19.02.2024 in C.C.No.479 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the final report has been filed in C.C.No.479 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 9(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.2890 of 2024 dated 19.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur on 03.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police, Tirupur North Police Station, Tirupur City, Tirupur.
