O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.19713 of 2022 dated 04.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. Aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19713 of 2022 dated 04.06.2024, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1460 of 2025 and obtained stay by an order dated 30.04.2025.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
