The petitioner herein, who was initially appointed as an 'Assistant' through the TNPSC on 07.03.2016 at PSI dispensary, Theni, worked till 09.08.2024 i.e., the date on which the petitioner was promoted to the post as 'Office Superintendent' and posted as 'Office Superintendent' at Government Medical College Hospital, Tiruppur. The petitioner, having felt inconvenience by such posting orders, claims to have submitted as representation dated 14.11.2024 before the Respondent No.2, requesting for re-posting her at Rajaji Government Hospital, Madurai and explaining her difficulties in working at Government Medical College Hospital, Tiruppur. However, the said representation is stated to be still pending for consideration.
2. Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also fairly submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of directing for consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case,
the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 14.11.2024 submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
