ORDER

The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 17.03.2026 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2021, by a further period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the Special Court, POCSO Act, Nagapattinam.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Special Court, POCSO Act, Nagapattinam, is hereby extended by three months from today. 29-04-2026 ep
