This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order in W.P.No.9886 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024, wherein, this Court directed the respondents to refund the excess stamp duty and registration. 2.It is stated that sale certificate has been returned, however, refund has not been made. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that, as against the order in W.P.No.9886 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024, a Writ Appeal has been filed and there is an interim stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court.
3.Considering the fact that an interim stay is in operation, this Contempt Petition is closed.
