ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for contempt of court for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP.No.22387 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking regularization of his service as Forest Watcher from 08.03.1999 notionally for the purpose of getting pension by taking into account his seniority and qualification and to pass orders within a period of twelve weeks.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced order dated 04.02.2025 of the second respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court on 02.08.2024 in WP.No.22387 of 2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 04.02.2025.
