O R D E R

The order impugned dated 27.11.2003, states that for the purpose of transferring the service connection No.290 from Survey No.66/3A to Survey No.66/2E in Pomma Naickenkadu, Irugalur, Pudupalayam Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District. The writ petitioner has to submit his application along with the required documents, in a prescribed format. Even before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitting the application in proper format, the writ petitioner has moved this Writ Petition before this Court challenging the order dated 27th November, 2003.

2.Therefore, the Writ Petition is premature and cannot be entertained in view of the fact that the impugned order simply directs the writ petitioner to submit the application in the proper format enabling the board to consider his case for transfer of electricity connection.

3.In view of this, no further adjudication in this Writ Petition is required and accordingly the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
